Maiden wrote a song about this.

Day 14

We went up this great mountain called Cerro Tute in the Veraguas province of Panama today. At the top of the top of the peak was this wild wind dying to pull you from the grasp of the rock below, clouds melting and dissolving over the surrounding peaks.

We were accompanied by four hawks up there. Three of them were sailing the wind currents, gliding and soaring — it really was a great day for it. The fourth bird flew into the sun.

I named him Icarus as I fought with all my might to hold on to Earth, lest I fly to the sun as well.
